We’ve remained honest and flexible in our pricing thus far, and will continue to do so through 2015. We avoid charging by the hour, but the rates are available. You shouldn’t have to pay extra for something you have little control over.

Note: Diagnosis is free, but travel fees may apply.
There is an additional travel charge for locations outside the norwich area. Usually $2 per mile.
You will be given a quote based on the information you can provide us. If you require any replacements parts, we will require confirmation before they can be ordered or installed.
We currently accept credit cards, paypal, google wallet, bitcoin, and good ol’ cash!
Timing is everything
This is a side business for us, and we know you probably work too.
We do our best to work with our customers to schedule a time that will work for everyone.
Emergency Calls will have an extra fee. You will be made aware of this fee if it pertains to you.
We recommend calling ahead of time to schedule an appointment when possible.
Our primary operating hours are between 5pm-9pm weekdays,
and 10am-9pm on the weekends by appointment.
Emergency correspondence is available outside of those hours.
